An Application for an Attestation of Non-Deliverance of Certification

              I am writing to apply for an attestation of non-deliverance of certificate in order to confirm my results obtained at the University of Buea.

               I completed a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Buea in 2015, where I obtained a second-class upper division degree. I wish to apply to further my studies in another university in Belgium but the university needs a prove showing that the abovementioned certificate is not yet available in order for me to proceed with my application.
